Booking details, exam date and tutoring package information.

Learning goals, exam feedback and any tutoring notes we keep.
Please do not provide identifiable patient information.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical history to receive tuition. If health information is needed to arrange adjustments or tailor your coaching, we will explain what we need and seek your explicit consent before using or retaining it for that purpose.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
Respond to enquiries and arrange sessions.
Provide tuition tailored to your learning goals.
Manage payments, packages, cancellations and refunds.
Send booking confirmations and session information.

Google Meet for meetings
Google for emails
WhatsApp, where you choose to communicate with us there.
Squarespace for wesbite design
Stripe for payments
These providers receive information needed to operate their services. Where they process information independently, their own privacy notices also apply.
We may share relevant records with an accountant or professional adviser, or where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.

Booking records, correspondence and tutoring notes: 1 year
Health information used for adjustments: 1 year
Payment and accounting records: 7 years
Agreed recordings, if any: 1 year
We may retain relevant information longer where needed to resolve a complaint, meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim.
8. Security and recordings
We take appropriate steps to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Sessions are not recorded unless we agree this with you beforehand. Any agreed recording will have a stated purpose, access arrangements and deletion date.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

Restrict or object to its use.
Receive certain information in a portable format.
